About 20 meters from the property boundary is a grassy playground which includes a new swing and slide for children. Other children's attractions are at Macha Lake, 10 km away, or Nedamov swimming pool, 7 km away.

The meadow is about 50 m from the forest. In the surroundings there are forests with sandstone rocks, wells, romantic corners and viewpoints. A popular route is to Chudý Hrádek, or to the forests of the Kokořín-Mácha Region, which start about 2 km from the village. Collecting forest fruits mushrooms.

We liked the lot and found everything we needed there. It’s also large enough and surrounded by greenery, with plenty of open space for the sun. What we liked most was that the property has drinking water and a solar-heated shower, which offers a nice view and gets sunlight all day long—which is very pleasant after a cold morning shower. We also appreciate the unrestricted access to the property—you don’t have to contact the owner, and you’re independent of each other at any hour. We felt right at home there and really enjoyed our stay.
The owner was helpful, attentive, and accommodating. We’d love to come back here sometime.
Although some of the on-site furnishings show signs of wear and tear, they’re fully functional, and it’s entirely up to the owner to decide what resources they have and how they want or are able to maintain the property. We don’t have a problem with this, and we’re always grateful that the owners allow Bezkempaři to offer this service at all.
A very nice and peaceful spot, tucked away among the trees. The path leads down from the playground. The spot for the tent is on a gentle slope, but you might be able to find a better one. The surroundings are great.
Shower, electricity, and outhouse are all in working order. The parking situation is terrible—I was worried I might be in the way of someone from the village. Overall, I rate the place positively, though it’s a bit noisy (the road, people from the village). However, it could use more maintenance, as all the equipment is falling apart (the electrical box, the benches by the fire pit, the shower grate, etc.). Otherwise, it’s a nice place, so I recommend it.
We just used it to spend the night after a full day of hiking. We had a quick dinner over the campfire. The solar shower was warm enough to wash the dust off all four of us. Everything was as described. If I ever need a place to stay in this area again, I know where to go. Otherwise, I have no reason to return.
A beautiful meadow, perfect for two tents, with an outhouse equipped with toilet paper and trash bags. The solar shower isn't much use without sunshine—best for those who aren't afraid of the cold. :) A quiet and pleasant setting.
