A really nice stay and location. Great and quick communication with the owner. The cabin on the property was fantastic as a base in itself, and since it rained quite a bit, it really came in handy. Only four people walked past the property during our entire stay; it’s a shame about the noise from the nearby road, but you can get used to it. We had a little trouble finding a level spot for our tent, and when it gets really wet, the ground near the property gets pretty slippery—but nothing insurmountable. Plenty of firewood, and a great dry toilet. A fantastic view of Kostalov, where we went on a trip. As bird and animal lovers, we really appreciated the evening and nighttime visits from an owl and a pheasant :)

Our first vacation with a motorhome in Tichá Peřeja went great, and we’ll definitely be back.

The site is very well maintained; the paved roads are a big plus, and we appreciated having a choice of three parking spots. In the evening, we were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of fireflies, and there were plenty of twigs and small pieces of wood nearby for a campfire.

Just a few minor points that might be useful for future visitors.
There’s practically no cell service in the area, so we weren’t able to make QR payments on site. So we took photos of the payment codes and paid later during our trip, where there was a signal. In the evening, we realized we were out of mustard, but the mini-market by the spring saved the day—it was amazing.
And the boards with tips for day trips are great, too.
Next time we bring our bikes, a bike ride is a must!

Driving out of the property requires extra caution, especially when turning toward Český Dub. Visibility isn’t ideal, and there are trucks and motorcyclists on the road. It’s best to be quick when leaving; ideally, pull over to the opposite side all the way to the edge of the oncoming lane—there’s another access road there where you can stop.

The only significant downside was the frequent traffic of motorcycles passing by the property even after 10 p.m., which might be disruptive for those who are more sensitive to noise. But it didn’t bother us. We really liked the option to take a souvenir from the outhouse—a sticker and a keychain (for which we put a symbolic 50,- into the donation box) :) We appreciated the owners’ trust regarding payment for firewood, which costs 170, and the mini-market with drinks, groceries, and other camping essentials. It had a clear price list and reasonable prices. Very well thought out.

Before our arrival, we received a text message from the owners with all the information and codes needed on-site to unlock various areas of the property. Communication was excellent.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay; we appreciate the peaceful setting, the well-maintained property, and the pleasant atmosphere. We’d love to come back here in the future.

Thank you for a wonderful and pleasant stay. This place has such a great vibe! You’ll find both shade and sun here, open spaces and stunning views; the sunsets are breathtaking, and the night sky… 😍 A big plus was having drinking water from the hose and electricity right on the property, as well as a fire pit, seating area, outhouse, and shower—even though the shower had a slight issue with water pressure.

The owners of the “Bezkemp” site are accommodating.
This place isn’t for everyone. If you’re expecting a perfectly manicured spot with a view and a pristine setup, you’ll be disappointed.

I was completely satisfied, because this is exactly what a “Bezkemp” should be.
So I highly recommend it.

I’ve been to Bezkemp several times now. Since last year, when I was last there, the owner has made great strides in improving the property. Bezkemp is truly beautiful—everything is well-maintained—and even though it’s at the edge of the village, it’s peaceful and nothing disturbs you. As far as I’m concerned, it’s a 15/10 campsite—one of the best I’ve ever been to. An amazing solar shower and clean outhouses. I highly recommend visiting 😉

A pleasant and well-maintained place with a friendly owner. I was only there for one night and one day, but you could easily camp there for a longer period... There’s a great little stand across the street with friendly staff, and the Kozí chlívek restaurant is just a short walk away... I highly recommend it.

A pleasant place to stay on the outskirts of the village; the vegetation provides a good sense of privacy; the studio is spacious and has a great atmosphere; it’s generally clean; firewood is provided for the stove; a handy feature in the outhouse—a little brush for sweeping away cobwebs; mostly quiet. I enjoyed my stay despite a few shortcomings (musty mattresses). I recommend this place to undemanding non-campers.

A beautiful spot in the orchard, with a restroom and utility (rainwater) available. Next to and across from the orchard are two houses and a farmhouse. However, they’re on larger lots, so you can generally have plenty of privacy. A pleasant location :)

A very nice and peaceful place. A large, spacious lot with water and electricity. On very hot and sunny days, there isn’t much shade to be found. The heat is scorching. I’d appreciate a newer grill; this one has seen better days and is practically unusable. The owner is very nice :-)
