On the property, you can sleep under the stars, pitch a tent, or use the shelter, which has mattresses set up in the loft.
This rental is ideal for a group of people who want to spend some time together here. You’ll always have the property to yourselves, allowing you to enjoy the true magic of this place.
The loft can accommodate up to 6 people. There’s plenty of space for tents.

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
To get there, take the forest road—then the path turns toward the cabin, where it becomes a grassy path. After winter or heavy rains, the path tends to be muddy, so be prepared for that.
cycling
There are several cycle paths and nature trails in the area. Jindřichův Hradec, for example, is 20 km away and is also quite often used by cyclists.

It is also possible to fish on the adjacent pond. Tax 200 CZK/prut/day.
water sports
Next to the cottage is a pond that is part of the property. The water stays clear most of the year and is suitable for swimming.

There are plenty of marked trails and unmarked corners in the surroundings.
We prefer a minimum stay of 2 nights; we believe this will allow you to truly enjoy your stay. The loft can accommodate up to 6 people. There is plenty of space for tents.
If you’d like to build a fire, you must let us know in advance and pay the fee for using the fire pit. Please build fires only in the fire pit. The fee is 300 CZK per day.
Please do not use the smokehouse. Thank you for your understanding.
We trust that keeping the place tidy and cleaning up after your pets goes without saying for everyone.
You must take your trash with you at the end of your stay. Also, please do not throw food scraps on the grass around the cabin.
We do not rent out the property during the winter because the path along the dam is grassy and turns to mud when it rains, so we don’t want ruts to form there. Thanks for your understanding!

Beautiful location, mowed and great facilities. It's just a shame we didn't know about the space for the headquarters, but we didn't really miss it. We'll definitely go again

It was great as always! I spent 2 wonderful days.
Just like in a fairy tale, nothing more to say :) the forest opposite the cottage is beautiful. The driveway is fully passable even in the rain.
