The land is bordered on all sides by a hedge. Although the plot could accommodate several caravans, it is only possible to book one pitch, so you will have sufficient privacy and there will be no other people except the owner and his family. If more people are travelling together in more caravans, it is of course possible to make multiple bookings by prior arrangement.
It is possible to pick seasonal fruit and vegetables in the garden by arrangement with the owner.
A nice walk around the pond (10 minutes) will take you to the beach buffet, where draught beer and snacks are available in season. There are pubs in the villages of Jivno and Hlincova Hora, both about 2 km away.
The land is on a gentle slope. By prior arrangement, two sizes of drive-in wedges are available to level the caravan (Fiamma Level Up Jumbo up to 11 cm high or Fiamma Level Up Premium up to 17 cm high) as well as planks or planks to support the stabilising legs.
The things in the clog and under the shelter, including the outdoor kitchen equipment, are not intended for camping users without a camper, but are for the private use of the landowner, if you need anything we will be happy to help you, but always arrange in advance in person or by phone!!!

- In the garden there is utility water from the well. This water flows only when the owner is present in the nearby cottage. 24/7 (if it is not freezing) there is a filled IBC tank of 1 m3 with self-draining, outlet through a 1/2 hose with quick coupling.

- 230V socket on site. Electricity is not for heating, if the fuses go out and the owner is not present you will be without power.

Trouble-free arrival even in bad weather
The access road is passable all year round. In winter, it is maintained only by ploughing snow without gritting. If you arrive when there is snow, it is necessary to have a 4x4 drive or snow chains. However, the property itself is not cleared of snow in winter. However, a snow rake is available for hire to clear the snow.

The length of the trail is about 5 km. You can connect to the nature trail at the dam of the Mrhal pond at stop No. 9. The trail leads along the yellow hiking trail to Rudolfov and back. If you have your pet with you, you can use the small scoop stored next to the grass clippings bin at the bottom of the property to clean up after it; you can also dispose of your dog’s waste there.

A very nice and well-maintained property. The owner is friendly and willing to offer advice and help with anything. Due to the weather, we weren’t able to go swimming in Mrhal Pond, but at least we enjoyed some lovely early-evening walks. Otherwise, it’s a great starting point for biking along the South Bohemian trails. We definitely recommend it. M$V
Perfect.
Another fantastic spot that’s exactly in the spirit of BezKemp—a huge plot just for us, with absolute peace and quiet. Right around the corner is a beautiful, clean pond, and there’s a little pub nearby. Leveling the RV was a breeze thanks to the large leveling chocks the owner has ready. It’s the perfect spot for bike trips to both České Budějovice and Třeboň. We highly recommend it to everyone—it’s definitely worth a visit.
We spent two pleasant evenings at this spot. The property is carefully maintained and sits on a slight—or perhaps steeper—slope. It depends on how you look at it. With the help of a ramp, everything worked out without any problems. The facilities were absolutely great—the solar shower and sink were both fantastic! The owner was helpful and didn’t hesitate to offer assistance if any problems arose. Fortunately, that wasn’t necessary, and everything went smoothly. The access road is also fine—nothing to worry about—just follow your GPS, which will guide you to the site without any trouble. I’m giving it four out of five stars just on principle 😉. I recommend it to everyone.
Spacious, superbly landscaped lot with beautiful views. We will definitely be back.
