The Rozkoš Reservoir is located 200 meters away through the forest. This stretch of the reservoir’s shore will be particularly appealing to anglers. Fishing spots are 200 meters away. Please only light fires on your own grill or in the fire pit located at the back of the property. You can empty the ashes from the grills into the fire pit. I can provide dry firewood for a fee.

Electricity cannot be used for heating, air conditioning, or charging electric cars.
Please dispose of gray water and chemical toilet waste from your RVs into the pipe in the ground marked as a drain.

Everything was great. A beautiful and clean setting. The property is very spacious, which ensures privacy even with a large number of guests. The owner is very helpful.
A great, flat lot with plenty of space for every resident, so there’s plenty of privacy, too. Once the trees that have been planted there grow, there will be plenty of shade during hot weather.The lot has a shower, a solar-powered outhouse that’s clean and smells nice, and of course a tap with drinking water—so the bathroom facilities are great. There’s a bike path right outside the gate. A fire pit is also available on the lot. I highly recommend it!!!

This was our second visit here, and it was great again. The cleanest and best-smelling rest stop in the world! A sink, drinking water, and an awesome shower—what more could you ask for? The owner was really nice; this definitely won’t be our last visit. Thank you!
A great place to relax, but also to explore the surrounding area on foot or by bike. The property is very spacious, so everyone can find their own little piece of paradise here. 👍
