At a distance of 200 meters through the forest is the Rozkoš dam. This bank of the dam will rather suit fishermen. A newly built cycle path , a footpath circuit around Rozkoše on the boundary of the plot https://youtu.be/BhgWKw-2LOk?si=BAndDFalvxMnh-G0 , a playground and a children's ropeway are 50 metres from the plot. Fishing spots for fishermen 200 m. On the plot there is DRINKING WATER from the municipal water supply system, a solar shower, a mobile toilet urinal, a grey water sink and a chemical toilet sink , all located at the entrance gate to the plot. There are also 6 electrical switchboards on the property with a total of 14 classic 230V sockets, which you can connect to with your caravan , motorhome and of course they are also used for tents.

Please light fires only on your own grill or in the fire pit located at the back of the property. You can empty the ashes from your grills into the fire pit. You can use the wood provided next to the fire pit, or you can gather wood right next door in the forest. If you’d like, you can buy dry firewood from us for 150 CZK per half wheelbarrow load.
CHARGING ELECTRIC VEHICLES is prohibited.
Please dispose of gray water and chemical toilet waste from your RVs into the pipe in the ground marked as a drain.

We came back a year later—it’s a great place, easy to get to, with a fire pit, an outdoor shower, flat terrain, and peace and quiet—we don’t need anything else
The property is nice and clean, with the grass mowed everywhere—a peaceful spot. There’s a bike path right next to it. The solar shower on the property was great during the heat wave.
A great, fenced-in meadow maintained by the owner. Everything you need is right there. The solar shower is a bonus on those hot days. A strategic location near the Rozkoš bike loop. Access is through a private gate—just hop on and ride. Plenty of space for everyone.
Perfectly landscaped large plot.
Simply wonderful. We would love to come back.
