Svatý Petr Campsite – Rules of Use and Tenant Declaration

The Svatý Petr Campsite is intended for the short-term placement of tents, RVs, and vehicles on the lessor’s designated property. By using the campsite, the tenant confirms that they have read this document, the General Terms and Conditions, and the landlord’s instructions, and agrees to comply with them throughout their stay.

This document sets forth the basic rules for using the campsite and the tenant’s declaration for the purposes of booking and the subsequent stay. Rights and obligations not covered by this document are governed by the landlord’s General Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.

Rules for Using the Campsite

The tenant is required to maintain quiet, keep the area tidy and clean, and follow the landlord’s instructions. Children and pets may use the campsite only under the supervision of a responsible adult.

Trash must be disposed of exclusively in the containers located by the stream, approximately 70 meters from the campsite. It is not permitted to use the public trash cans near the two-seat chairlift or near the restrooms.

Early arrival or late departure is possible only by prior mutual agreement with the landlord.

The tent or RV site must be vacated by 5:00 p.m. at the latest on the day the rental ends. If this deadline is not met, the landlord is entitled to charge the rental fee for an additional day.

The accommodation fee for the town of Špindlerův Mlýn is paid by the property owner. The tenant is required to complete the online guestbook fully and truthfully; providing all required information is a condition for using the tent site.

Declaration by the Tent Site Renter

The renter declares that they have been informed that tents, RVs, vehicles, and other items may only be placed in locations designated and reserved by the landlord.

The tenant acknowledges that the use of tent and RV sites is not permitted for persons suffering from infectious diseases or parasites, nor for persons who have been ordered to quarantine. By signing this declaration, the tenant confirms that neither he nor the persons sharing the tent or RV site with him suffer from infectious diseases or parasites, and that they have not been ordered to quarantine.

The tenant acknowledges that the use of tent and RV sites is at his or her own responsibility and risk. The lessor is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to property, nor for injury or accidents, unless such liability arises under applicable laws.
If the tenant sustains any harm while using a tent or RV site, the tenant acknowledges that the landlord’s liability is assessed to the extent specified by applicable laws and the booking agreement.

The tenant agrees to prevent damage to the property of the landlord, other tenants, and third parties. The landlord is not liable for harm caused by the tenant to a third party or third parties. The tenant acknowledges that he or she is liable for damage caused to the property of the landlord, other tenants, or third parties in accordance with applicable laws.

The tenant is responsible for all persons and animals using the tent or RV site with him or her. Children and animals must not be left unattended by adults.
The tenant further agrees to comply with all other terms and obligations arising from the reservation, in particular not to disturb other tenants, to observe quiet hours, to maintain order and cleanliness, and to follow the landlord’s instructions.

The tenant acknowledges that in the event of early termination of the lease at the tenant’s discretion, by a justified decision of the landlord, or by a decision of the relevant public authority, the tenant is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid or to any other compensation.

The tenant declares that he or she has read this document and the landlord’s General Terms and Conditions and agrees to abide by them.
