TENT SITE TENANT'S DECLARATION:
- I declare that I have been informed that the placement of tents/caravans and other objects is only possible in the areas designated and reserved for this purpose by the lessor.
- I am aware that the use of tent and caravan pitches is not permitted for persons suffering from infectious diseases or parasites or who have been ordered to be quarantined and by signing this declaration I certify that I do not suffer from infectious diseases or parasites and that neither I nor the persons sharing the caravan/tent pitch with me have been ordered to be quarantined
- I acknowledge that the use of the tent/caravan pitches is at my own risk, i.e. at my own risk and responsibility, and the landlord shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to property or for personal injury or personal injury caused to the tenant for any reason whatsoever and the landlord shall not be liable for damage caused by acts of God. If any such damage occurs while I am using the tent/caravan sites, I declare
and agree that I will not make any claim against the Lessor for damages or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss if I suffer such loss
- I undertake to prevent damage to the property of the landlord, other tenants or third parties. The landlord shall not be liable if I cause damage to third party(s). I acknowledge that I shall be liable for any damage caused to the landlord's property or the property of other tenants or third parties in accordance with the relevant applicable legislation.
- I am aware that the hirer is responsible for the persons and animals using the caravan/tent site with him/her and that children are not allowed to be left without adult supervision
- I agree to vacate the tent/caravan site by 5pm on the day the tenancy ends. I acknowledge,
that in the event of failure to comply with the time, the landlord is entitled to charge the rental price for the next day
- I undertake to respect all other conditions and obligations arising from the reservation, in particular not to disturb other tenants, to keep quiet at night, to maintain order and cleanliness, to follow the landlord's instructions
- I am aware that in the event that the lease is terminated before the agreed termination date by my decision or by a legitimate decision of the lessor or the competent public authority, I am not entitled to a refund or any compensation.
- I declare that I have read the General Terms and Conditions and I undertake to abide by them

Amazing place, camping next to the cable car which we also used. It was completely quiet, toilets clean, hot water in the sink. There was a fire pit and grill. Great starting point for trips. We spent a great weekend here, thank you :-).
