A dirt road leads to the property and is passable in all weather conditions. It is possible even in winter on snow - above 20 cm the problem begins, the last 100 m from the parking lot is a meadow (when the meadow is waterlogged, it is better to go off the tracks). Parking directly at the tower.

The public part is SEPARATED from the private lower part of the tower. After opening the trap door (only) from the accommodation room, you can use the whole tower including the gallery. The private part of the tower is: ground floor with stones, cooking, seating and 1st floor for sleeping (own sleeping bag or even a mattress). The 2nd floor is also usable, but there is already public access to the tower, on the 3rd floor there is a gallery with a view. For large groups, there is the possibility of SLEEPING ON ALL FLOORS of the lookout tower (no chance of heating here). The lookout tower has wood for heating, stove for cooking (even a gas cooker). There are led lights in the tower (and pergola). Please take away the garbage that cannot be burned. There are also events at the tower, the children's playground is widely used, the movement of visitors is also in the public part of the tower (I lend keys for the tour, only from the upper public part), this must be respected (the upper two floors of the tower are open to the public - own entrance). There are also other campers camping in tents/caravans on the meadow. Parking is available directly at the tower. Arrival and departure to the tower is possible at any time.

Super area, lookout tower in the style of medieval guard carriage, search to the surroundings and the right owner - he asked if everything works, said something about the history of the place, everything worked as agreed with him
Great communication with a no-nonsense owner, amazing place. Plenty of wood for everything and a huge bonus is the pizza oven. For families and friends with kids a velke playground.
Beautiful grounds with a huge amount of activities for children and adults. The view is beautiful, only from one side of the local JZD, but it does not matter. We were a bit surprised by the presence of people from the village having a bonfire, dinner etc around the lookout tower. All in all, we didn't "get" a nice place at the table until about 7pm when we wanted to be outside. In the morning, the first visitors arrived around 7:45. They didn't interfere in any way,.just don't expect a place where you are far and wide alone.
The owner -a very nice and helpful man by the way- must have a lot to do with the land and the lookout tower. To keep everything in such a range, outside and constantly accessible to the public in the state it is, it. takes real effort...unbelievable!!
We definitely recommend the property, but for an overnight experience rather than a longer stay (or take advantage of the mini-camp and sow somewhere on the side)😉.
