This well-maintained meditation garden is located on the outskirts of the picturesque South Bohemian village of Krtely, approximately 8 km south of Vodňany. A flatter area designated for parking a RV is located at the top of the sloping property, from where you can enjoy a view of the České Budějovice Basin.
You’ll see Hluboká Castle, České Budějovice (glowing at night), a yellow bus in the distance traveling along the České Budějovice–Písek–Prague route, and, of course, Temelín.
The view is most beautiful in the evening, when it’s illuminated by the setting sun behind you. If you get up early, you’ll enjoy the sun rising above the horizon and the groves of trees emerging from the fog over the South Bohemian ponds. The entire garden is fenced and covers an area of 2,000 m², making it suitable for stays with dogs.
To ensure guests’ privacy, only one reservation is accepted at a time for the garden.
If you’re interested in accommodating a larger group and increasing capacity, please contact the property owner; additional RVs can be parked on the adjacent meadow.
The property is equipped with a dry toilet, a solar-powered shower, and a fire pit; drinking water and electricity are available. It is not possible to discharge toilet waste from the RV; gray water may be discharged by prior arrangement.
You can charge an electric vehicle using a 230 V/16 A slow-charging outlet. The fee is based on the rate billed by the electricity provider multiplied by your battery’s capacity or as indicated by the electricity meter.
Pets are welcome.

During the day, due to construction starting on the neighboring property, you may hear construction noise; we apologize for this temporary inconvenience, which is expected to last from July through September 2026.

If you decide to spend New Year’s Eve with us, you won’t miss any of the fireworks from the South Bohemian Basin, including České Budějovice—a truly unique spectacle.
The access road to the garden is paved and passable practically year-round; however, the garden itself is grassy and sloped. Only the upper section near the gate is flat enough to park a camper; You can drive in a loop through the garden and exit the same way you entered, but for heavy RVs, a 4x4 is required to get the vehicle up the hill.
Due to its slope, the lot is not suitable for front-wheel-drive RVs; when exiting head-on, you must overcome an elevation difference of approximately 1 m, and when the front of the vehicle is unloaded, the wheels slip on the grass.
The site is not passable when there is slush or a deep snow cover.
