A great place to camp—absolutely peaceful. You can really enjoy the train station and the overall atmosphere near the railroad tracks. The roads are fine, and getting there was no problem. The only thing is, the pond wasn’t really suitable for swimming in September 2026. We’d love to come back.
A lovely place, made even better by the narrow-gauge train ride. We'll definitely be back.

We visited the property ourselves and used it to our maximum satisfaction. It is situated on a meadow within the station area. The entrance is behind a locked gate. Easy access to the property. After the rains you just need to be careful parking at the back, it can get a bit waterlogged here - until dry. But a charming and interesting plot for train lovers. The track is currently being prepared for re-launch. Traffic will have to be reckoned with during the season.
