Velhartice - Traktorka - a place with soul #5899

A simple and quiet place to switch off. An orchard, a view, sheep, a fire pit and everything you need to relax.


I offer a piece of my orchard on the edge of the village - by the road, but in a quiet corner, almost in the village, yet out of the way. The place overlooks Velhartice Castle and the church of St Mary Magdalene with the old churchyard, which adds to the special, quiet atmosphere.

Sheep graze on the other side of the property - a simple, natural setting where one can relax.

? What is available:

- Fireplace with prepared wood and skewers
- Hammock, outdoor table and chairs with seat cushions
- Chemical bath (maintained, with toilet paper and wet wipes)
- Water canister - water line is in place but currently leaking, repair is in progress
- Mugs, cups, cutlery, tea towel, beer jug, blanket and a few books
- Access by private car (in the rain, caution is advised)
- Electricity - the pole is ready, we plan to connect it next season
