EQUIPMENT INSIDE THE HOUSE
The house is not connected to the mains, which means there is no running hot water inside. Electricity yes, but from a solar panel. There are USB sockets ONLY.
This is a house that we have equipped and adapted for 4 people.
The size of the cottage is approx 5m x 2.2m therefore it is a mini cottage, this should be noted.
You can cook in the kitchen which is equipped with a cooker, mini fridge, utensils and basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt etc.. Coffee and tea available. Drinking water and water for washing dishes will be prepared and is delivered in barrels. WATER IS REPLENISHED FOR LONGER STAYS.
There is sleeping for four people inside. Sleeping for two on a double bed overlooking the forest, sleeping for one on a bunk bed ( more suitable for children or smaller people) and for the fourth person there is a fold out mattress on the floor. Bedding is included.
A wood-burning stove is included in the cottage, so a stay is possible all year round. The stove heats the house beautifully in a moment (depending on the outside temperature).
Other amenities - books, cards, lantern, small towels, curtains. There is a mosquito net in the opening window.
GARDEN
The whole property is fenced and we are happy to welcome dogs up to 10kg approx. Attention, small breeds like Chihuahua can climb through the fence!
In the garden there is a fire pit and seating around, picnic bench, hammock, solar lighting, toilet and outdoor shower.
Wood provided, barbecue tripod with grill grate and roasting fork available.
TOILET
Toilet is dry, separating. Toiletries included.
SPRCHA
During the summer it is possible to use the outdoor solar bag as a shower.
During the winter, the outdoor covered bathroom is used (inside temperature is the same as outside) where it is possible to heat the water for bathing, so it is possible to wash with warm water.

STAYING WITH DOGS - unfortunately we have to introduce a new rule, limiting staying with dogs to 10kg approx. only (larger by arrangement). It is also FORBIDDEN to have dogs in bed ..if this rule is not followed we will be forced to ban dogs completely. The fee for the dog is 300Kč for the whole stay.
The property is in a quiet and private place, but it is not completely secluded where you will not meet anyone.
The property can be accessed by a forest path that continues on along the field, where occasionally someone from the village passes by to walk or walk the dog.
A tractor occasionally passes over the field which is above the caravan, working there, you have to take this into account.
Approximately 180m from the property in the middle of the field there is glamping accommodation (tent), both properties have privacy and do not see each other. The tent will be on the meadow until mid-September and then again from the beginning of April.

Very nice, pleasant and quiet place. We liked it here even in this frosty season. We stayed for two nights and would love to come back for more nights, next time maybe try spring or summer. Communication with the owner was pleasant and quick.
