Only one reservation is allowed on the property at a time. However, you can bring up to three tents, RVs, or travel trailers and enjoy time together with your loved ones.
You’ll always have the entire garden exclusively for yourself, your family, or your friends!
A flush toilet, hot showers available all day, drinking water, electricity, a gazebo with a fully equipped kitchenette, paved gravel paths, and a herb garden will all be at your disposal.
The garden is located on the outskirts of the village of Doubravice (Dvůr Králové nad Labem), offers everything you need for perfect relaxation, and is open year-round!
Enjoy peaceful moments on the pier by the pond with our little carp, listen to the birds singing, relax by the fire, or set out into the picturesque surrounding countryside.
For those who prefer more active pursuits, there are bike paths and hiking trails in the area. Whether you’re looking for peace and quiet or adventure—you’ll be thrilled by the ZOO Safari Park, just 8 km away, or the fairy-tale-like Les Království stone dam, built in 1920.
What to Expect:
* Paved gravel paths that allow you to safely drive right into the middle of the garden, even in the rain. In winter, they’re maintained with a snowblower.
* A flush toilet and sink with hot water (stylishly hidden in a wooden outhouse) and a shower stall with hot water.
* A sink with hot water for washing dishes and a “kitchenette in a cabinet” (stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, basic cookware...).
* A wooden gazebo and a small pond with a dock.
* Electricity (protected by 16 A circuit breakers and a ground fault circuit interrupter) in the garden area, the gazebo, and the outhouse. Wi-Fi connection.
* Fire pit, garden furniture, and barbecue supplies (grilling stone). Firewood is included in the rental price!
* Herb garden and minibar with chilled beverages.
* A grassy, sunny, and fully fenced south-facing garden with views of forests, fields, and meadows (area: 3,700 m²). The garden is planted with trees and shrubs.

- It flows from every tap in the garden. There is a washbasin with hot and cold water in the bathhouse, a sink with hot and cold water for washing dishes, and a tap next to it for replenishing supplies for the journey.

- You will pay exactly how much electricity you use (7 CZK/kWh, consumption is approximately 4-6 kWh per day). It is in two places in the plot area (top and bottom middle of the garden), in the toilet (light, socket) and in the gazebo (light, sockets). The outlets are protected by 16 A circuit breakers and a current protector.

Paved, gravel-asphalt, two-way passable municipal road. Maintained in winter by ploughing and gritting. The property has paved gravel roads with high load capacity. Maintained in winter by snow blower.

- The location is a great base for lots of day trips

- You’ll need to take your own trash with you when you leave
A beautiful and peaceful campground where we really relaxed. We were completely alone here; there was total peace and tranquility everywhere. The campground is fully equipped—there was even hot water and a shower. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back here again.
A wonderful place that has everything you could possibly imagine. It’s obvious at first glance that the owner takes care of everything with love and truly cares about his guests’ satisfaction. - A beautiful, huge property; I really appreciate that it’s reserved for just one booking (we don’t accept others), but even if there were two families or groups who are friends, there’s still plenty of privacy on both sides of the property (two driveways, two seating areas plus benches scattered around the property; the property is slightly divided by clumps of plants that attract insects and also provide more privacy), and in the center there’s a small pond and a shelter
- The bathroom facilities are great—the water is very hot, so there’s plenty of hot water; the shower is great; the toilet is beautiful, clean, and a classic flush toilet; the outdoor sink for washing dishes is great; eco-friendly cleaning supplies are provided by the owner on-site
- Shelter—fully equipped—two-burner stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, minibar with stocked supplies (beer, wine, juices at normal prices), all kinds of dishes in boxes, jugs, cutting boards, glasses—I don’t know everything, since we didn’t even use it all, except for the bowls and the beautiful BezKemp mug :-) plenty of chairs, “Saturnin-style” lounge chairs, fire-roasting skewers, plenty of firewood ready to go
- Watch out for the pond and soccer—it’s pretty deep (there was no water, so the bank was steep, and retrieving the ball meant securing ourselves with a rope to get out safely :-D)
- The property: across from the property are houses that are screened by trees; behind the property is a field, so there’s plenty of privacy. The property is fully enclosed by a wooden fence and an inconspicuous wire mesh fence; there are several options for pitching a tent—the ground slopes slightly, but it’s no problem to find (we have a large tent and it’s no problem). It was completely quiet all around.
- Shopping—the town center in Dvůr Králové is about 6 km away, where you can find not only groceries (Kaufland, or Lidl and Penny right next door) but also various camping and other supplies (Sportisimo, DM, Orion, Action.....)
- Nearby trips - there’s something for everyone, and Sněžka, Adršpach, and Teplice are all easily accessible; photos from a walk around Braun’s Nativity Scene toward Kuks and a visit to the Museum of Historic Vehicles
