- The drain for the chemical toilet is connected to the municipal sewer system on-site (sewer pipe with a manhole cover by the fence right next to the entrance).
Trouble-free arrival even in bad weather
The entrance to the property is up a gentle slope along a short paved path (10 m); once inside the property, the terrain is flat and covered with grass. In the event of heavy rain or snow cover, moving around the property may be more difficult, but given its flat terrain, the property can be used year-round.
Restriction of the access road
The gate and access road is 3.5m wide.

Directly on the busy cycle route leading through the Bratislava vineyards. 100m from the cycle buffet with bike rental.
water sports
2.5km along the cycle path is the town public swimming pool Rača - Krasňany.
hiking
In the Little Carpathians in the forest above the vineyards there are many hiking trails (within walking distance from the property).
There is no toilet or washroom on the site, suitable for caravans and motorhomes, equipped with a bathroom with toilet. Full service point for caravans on the property (chemical toilet sink, grey water outlet, drinking water hose).

Super accommodation in a quiet location among the vineyards under the hills of the Carpathians.
Nice place on the outskirts of Bratislava. A plus for us was the proximity of the tram (a few hundred meters), which could be used to get to the center, and the train station is also far away. On the plot everything as described, equipment for camping sufficient. In the evening it was a bit busier in the area thanks to the nearby Buffet na dobrom mieste, but we didn't mind a bit of bustle. We also visited the buffet👍. One tiny minus I would give for the taller grass on the property. Overall impression is so on four and three quarter hearts. 🙂
