Our property is located in a secluded area outside the village of Říčany u Brna, right next to a beautiful natural swimming area (200 m).
The property is spacious and planted with fruit trees and shrubs; it is well-maintained and mowed regularly.
You’ll find two seating areas here, one of which is next to an outdoor grill, as well as plenty of shaded spots for tents.
The property slopes gently down toward the stream, but there are also flat areas for tents and RVs/campers.
On weekends, we’re happy to offer homemade breakfasts (reservations required at least 24 hours in advance). Once you’ve made your reservation, we’ll send you the current breakfast menu. Breakfast on weekdays is available by arrangement.
Check-in is from 12:00 p.m., check-out by 2:00 p.m.
The property is 5 km from the Brno Circuit.
It’s also close to Bahňák Pond in Říčky (2 km), where there’s a kiosk with excellent snacks, and dogs can swim in the adjacent pond.

- There are two outdoor outlets at the cabin—you can plug in a RV. Ideally, bring a long extension cord and a three-way splitter so you can run the power where you need it.

- The closest place to swim is in the biotope (the stream is too shallow). Dogs are not allowed to swim in the biotope, but they can swim in Splávek Pond, next to Bahňák. Starting in April 2026, the property will have service water from a well and an outdoor shower for cold-water swimmers.

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
Rocky/sandy road, then grassy. In case of heavy rain, arrive at your own risk - not recommended.
Restriction of the access road
When arriving with taller motorhomes with a caravan, take extra care on the road by the swimming pool due to tree branches - possible contact with the roof of the car. The site is not suitable for long trailers over 9m due to the slope of the driveway.

Please be considerate of nature. Use only the dry toilet; do not relieve yourself—whether for a number one or a number two—outside the toilet.
Take your trash with you.

Smoking is permitted; please dispose of cigarette butts only in the ashtray and empty it after use.
Clean up after using the grill.
Do not pick flowers or fruit.
Please observe quiet hours at night.

A truly beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained place. A pleasant swimming spot just 200 meters away. We definitely recommend it, and thank you so much for letting us stay here.
A beautiful lot with large trees, which provide shade even at 38°C. The swimming area next door is a bonus.
A beautiful, spacious, well-maintained campsite. There were two of us camping there in tents, each with a dog, but we didn’t get in each other’s way at all. Occasionally a bike would ride by, but otherwise it was quiet. 🙂
A really nice, secluded spot on a gentle slope (if you don't want to park among the trees) (I recommend bringing leveling chocks). It has everything you need. For me, that means a spot and a restroom. We recommend it.
A very pleasant and peaceful setting, with clean facilities. We were very happy with our stay here with the kids—there are great things to do in the area. We appreciated the improvements to the water facilities and look forward to more! :)
