TENTING PLACE in Český Krumlov for 2 campers with their own tent #7142

We can offer a spot on the lawn in a garden on the outskirts of the city center where you can set up your own small tent. The garden is very small, so this offer is only valid for 2 backpackers with their own tent. However, you’ll have the property all to yourselves. You’ll be camping in a spot with a view of Krumlov Castle. It’s about 200 m as the crow flies to the “Budějcká” Gate, which is the entrance to the historic city center. The garden is on a 4-meter-high terrace; the railing is currently temporary, so children cannot be accommodated there!!! The same applies to irresponsible drinkers. Access to the garden is via a very narrow path uphill between two fences. With a little skill, you could even ride a bicycle through it. That narrow passage is about 10 m long, and then you have to climb 11 steps. The staircase is about 1 m wide.
Any other facilities, such as restrooms, must be found outside the garden. Within 100 m, there’s a café and a movie theater with restrooms; another 100 m away is the first pub (and there are plenty more further toward the city center). The nearest grocery store is also about 200 m away.
The garden still needs some work; for now, there’s just the mowed lawn and a wooden bench and table under the shelter. The cabin isn’t suitable for overnight stays, so we’re making it available primarily as a place to store and lock up your belongings while you’re out on a trip.

You can drive up and unload your belongings about 50 m away. The nearest paid parking is about 100 m away. The nearest free parking is 350 m away.
