The land is located in a secluded area in the woods a short distance from Lipová Lhota. On the dam or under the dam there is a possibility to park a caravan with a car or put up a tent. The land is fenced so no one else can get there. On the land there is a pond with many species of fish.

In the rain there is no problem getting onto the property, the driveway is old asphalt and the road to the dam on the property so the ruts are littered with gravel. In snow I recommend a 4x4 vehicle. A le can also park under the dam on the plaza where there is no problem to drive even in the snow .
Restriction of the access road
The road is wide enough (a large truck can pass there) so it is not a problem to drive any car, caravan.

In the village of Cejkovy, approximately 1.5 km from the property, there is a private breeding farm for big cats, where visitors can view from a safe distance:

Keep clean and do not destroy anything and do not take anything away .If you start a fire, please put it out properly at the end. And what I bring, I take away, meaning "garbage".

A place nestled among forests and meadows. Completely off the beaten path. Absolutely ideal for lovers of peace and quiet. The property is fenced, so there’s no need to put everything away at night, which is a plus. The access road runs through the forest and is unpaved, so it will likely be inaccessible to lower-clearance vehicles. In the nearby village of Čejkovy, there’s a private breeder of lions and a tiger; you can see them from the road. I didn’t find anywhere nearby to refill water or empty a chemical toilet.
Everything went as planned
The place is truly beautiful—secluded, with complete privacy and tranquility. If you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle and want to relax in nature, we definitely recommend it.
Fishing is available for a fee. Payment can be made conveniently in cash via a drop box or using a QR code. There are definitely some fish here, even though we didn’t manage to catch any this time.
There’s an outhouse, which could use a little more care. It’s missing a door, and we just swept out the cobwebs before using it. It wasn’t a problem for us—nor was bringing our own toilet paper—but it’s good to keep that in mind.
A big plus is that you can check out as late as 6:00 p.m., which we really appreciated. In the end, we left early because of a large number of bees—the beehives are on the dam not far from the parking area.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. A beautiful and peaceful place with a pleasant atmosphere.
An amazing spot in the middle of the forest. At first we thought we’d gotten lost, but then this absolutely stunning place suddenly appeared right in front of us. The view from the outhouse is simply gorgeous. I definitely wouldn’t put the door back where it was. The pond and the water are beautiful, but access to the water is a bit tricky. The owner keeps bees on the property. Just a heads-up for people with allergies. Otherwise, it’s beautiful.
A great, secluded spot. We haven't experienced such silence in a long time :) I recommend it
