A great place to relax, with plenty of interesting places to explore nearby, such as: the adjacent forests right on the property (where you can pick mushrooms and blueberries); heading toward Libchyně, you’ll encounter curious heifers and enjoy beautiful views of the “sea of Eastern Bohemia”—the Rozkoš Reservoir.
A little further away is the beautiful Novoměstský Castle, Pekelské Valley, the Marian pilgrimage site of Rokole, and the St. Florian observation tower and pub right in the village with excellent dining options—all just a stone’s throw away, and the rest within walking distance. The facilities include water refilling and wastewater disposal (eco-friendly chemicals). I’m constantly stocking the place with essentials to ensure a pleasant stay, based on guests’ needs and our capabilities.

- This is a renovated dry toilet of the standard ceramic type, but for now it must be flushed using a bucket of water provided in the room—which must be filled from the barrel or under the sink, both located right next to the toilet door. Accessible 24/7 with motion-sensor lighting.
Regularly maintained for your comfort; clean and equipped with toiletries.

- In the shed just a few steps from the parking area, there is a kitchen counter with a sink that has both cold and hot drinking water. 50 meters from the parking area is a log cabin with stables; outside, there is a sink with only cold water for rinsing your hands and filling water containers, All of this is accessible 24/7 in the outdoor area of the property, which is unoccupied, so you won’t disturb anyone, even at night. The area is equipped with motion-sensor lighting.

- Right at the parking spot, you can plug into both 400V and 230V outlets. Alternatively, I can bring a distribution panel with its own circuit breakers from the cottage; everything is protected by 16A circuit breakers and a ground fault circuit interrupter.

- The farm includes a barn with sheep, and in the middle of the yard is a drain where you can dispose of anything without harmful chemicals. A septic truck comes to empty the septic tank regularly.

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The parking area itself is on a meadow; in dry weather, there are no problems, and I’m continuously working on leveling the ground and making more spots accessible. The access road is used by passenger cars along its entire length; even with a loaded trailer, there was no problem driving up and turning around in the meadow. Occasional trips to fetch firewood with a small tractor also help to reinforce the affected parking areas. (The small tractor has a standard tow ball; it can help park a trailer in a truly unique spot or assist with a rescue—though that hasn’t been necessary yet.)
Restriction of the access road
Tatras with building materials are usually coming to us, so there should be no problem in passing. The upper gate restricts the height of the entrance for tall caravans over 3m, but there is already an alternative entrance for everyone (nothing restricts the height, the width is limited by a stone pillar and the entrance to the cellar is a reserve of 3m for rear view mirrors).

Sendraž is really an excellent place from where you can go to the Orlické Mountains or visit closer tourist places, such as the Pekel Valley, the pilgrimage site Rokole, the square and the castle in Nové Město nad Metují, a little further but after a nice cycle path through Peklo you can get to Náchod, where there is also a very nice castle, a spring of healing water source Ida. On the other side you can go to Dobruška, where they have their own brewery and also some nice places, from Dobruška I would go to Opočno, where there is also a very nice castle and gardens to walk and recharge your batteries.

15 minutes by car we have the "Hradec" sea, the Rozkoš water reservoir, where you can spend a pleasant fishing trip with a fishing ticket.
winter sports
Sendraž is really just a short drive from the busiest hills of the Orlické Mountains, you can get there in half an hour by car.
water sports
The surrounding area offers several opportunities to get wet and at the same time to go for a trip around the bunker (a set of concrete fortifications that were supposed to protect the northern border of the Czech Republic) Dobrošov village offers swimming in the municipal pool for a voluntary fee, then classic swimming pools and swimming pools in Náchod, Dobruška, Rychnov nad Kněžnou or you can drive 40 minutes across the border with Poland and use their aquapark with warm salt water, whirlpool, sauna and massage jets.

We don't have facilities for younger children right here on the farm, but they can have plenty of fun on the playground equipment and soccer field near the St. Florian Pub (within 500 meters).
hiking
From our place you could go in all directions and you will find something interesting to visit, within 7km the New Town castle and square, the animal enclosure with animals on the flat, as well as the Klopotov valley, the Pekel valley with a restaurant and kiosk and on the maps many and many more.

Přímo na pozemku máme ovečky, králíky, slepice, dvě kočky, 2 starší pejsky (většinu času jsou s námi v domě nebo jsou s námi na vycházce, převážně vždy pod dohledem), za elektrickým ohradníkem od jara do podzimu se pasou zvědavé kravičky, jde čistě o jalovice bez býků, takže se skrze ně můžete bez obav vydat na průzkum přilehlých lesů.
Other activities
I'm gradually working on the so-called "game zone"; pétanque and kubb are already available, and air rifles and paintball are available by arrangement.
I believe we can agree on everything on the fly or over the phone.

Great accommodations, just as described—everything was clean, and it was a beautiful, peaceful place. The host was very accommodating. We highly recommend it! The entrance shown in the photos is further back on the property, but don’t worry—just follow your GPS.
A very pleasant place, peaceful and quiet. The restroom was clean, and the outdoor shower was great in the heat. Access to a fridge was a big plus. We were camping, and we could have used a little more shade, but we managed just fine. There’s a small pub in town with cold, tasty beer :)
After taking a moment to look around, we realized it was a great place where you’ll find everything exactly as described, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. 👌 The owner responded very quickly and went out of his way to accommodate us. We highly recommend it!
We were completely satisfied. It’s basically a fully equipped campsite. There’s a kitchenette, a sink with hot water, a refrigerator, and a stove—we spent our entire stay under the pergola. The toilet and shower were great, too. The site is on a hill, well-maintained, with mowed grass, a beautiful view, and firewood ready to go. The owner came by a few times to check on us and make sure we didn’t need anything 😊 A really great campsite.
