Upon arrival at the site, you’ll find a double-leaf gate on the left. Drive your RV through with caution. From the outside, open the left leaf inward and the right leaf outward. The gate is 4.10 m wide. Behind the gate is a tree with a clearance height of 3.3 m underneath it. A small RV or camper will fit just fine, but a large one hasn’t been tried there yet.

The Brdy Protected Landscape Area is just 5 minutes from the campsite, with plenty of places to visit. The Padrťské Ponds, Jordán (the bunkers from the movie *Obecná škola*), the “Tři trubky” hunting lodge (Brdy Nature House), etc. There are also opportunities for mushroom hunting.

Na pozemku je výběh 8x4 m kam můžete vypustit pejska. Pejska prosím nekoupat v jezírku.

Please keep the peace, but otherwise feel free to make yourselves at home here. Feel free to enjoy the garden as you wish, but please do not go into the yard behind the gate in front of the house.
Keep an eye on the children and the pond to prevent any accidents. The pond on the property is not fenced and is approximately 140 cm deep (use at your own risk). Please do not let your dog swim in the pond. The swing is homemade and uncertified, so use it at your own risk. Wood (in reasonable amounts for roasting sausages) for the fire pit is available on-site free of charge; please light a fire according to current conditions and any fire bans in effect due to severe drought. You may run into me or the children in the garden while we’re doing maintenance. I hope you have a wonderful stay and enjoy many memorable experiences.

The owner was very accommodating. The property had everything we needed. The swimming pond with fish was perfect.

A really pleasant place. The swimming pond and sitting by the fire under the pear tree in the evening were just perfect. Clear and helpful communication from the owner. We really enjoyed it.
A beautiful, well-maintained place. The swimming pond is fantastic. A seating area under a pear tree and a fire pit—pure relaxation. The property is slightly sloped, but nothing that ramps can’t handle. Getting into the garden might be a bit trickier for large vehicles like an alcove. But with a little skill, it should be manageable.
You have privacy in the garden. The road is about 300 meters away, but it’s not a nuisance at all—plus, there’s minimal traffic at night.
An ideal spot for cyclists; the Brdy Mountains are just a stone’s throw away.
The owner is very accommodating and friendly.
